Default What else needed with hondata.

Im going to be running my hondata system on my prelude with my turbo set at about 6 pounds of boost. to get it tuned what else will I need?

My injectors are pretty big for honda injectors and i was wondering if i could keep them for now and later upgrade to some DSM injectors.

What about a fuel pump? Do i need a larger one? thanks, peace.

I would replace your injectors for some 440's or some DSM 450's. Also buy a 255lph in tank fuel pump

You will definetly want to upgrade your injectors. 440cc would be the smallest you'd want to run. Personally I'd go with something big incase you want to run more boost in the future. Full Pump is a must also. 255 as stated before. Also find a good tuner who knows what their doing and has some knowledge of the system. The last thing you'll want is a blown motor.

is my $1000 hondata budget unrealistic then? If i get the system for $500, i could get injectors and a pump for say.... 200? leave me with a good 300 for tuning?

1000 seems like a good budget to me. It also depends what options you want with the Hondata-------------i.e. @ or 3 step boost control, datalogging and so on.

definently get bigger injectors. if not, you'll come to find out you could be running 90-100% duty cycle on you injectors. i.e. no good
