A few turbo questions.
After my failed LS-vtec I am now looking to go back to my b16 in my Del Sol. I plan on boring to 81.5mm. How well will the internals hold up to a turbo. I am not planning on building a 500hp monster. This will be daily driven. Will the stock internals hold up to a 200-250 HP setup or is it neccesary to replace with aftermarket such as eagle rods and forged pistons. I know that aftermarket can hold up better than stock but are they neccesary for a relatively mild setup. I understand that tuning is the key. With proper tuning, how well will the Cyl walls hold up? I don't wan't to spend a pension on sleeving a b16. I am leaving my all motor roots, so any help would be appreciated.

Re: A few turbo questions. (LSvtec delsol)
Generally stock B motors can handle up to about 300hp safely. After that the ring lands are the weak link then Id say the rod bolts. You should be fine.Cylinder walls have been know to hold up even after 400hp.So dont worry unless you detonate.Just rebuild your b16 with stock parts to make it healthy then boost it.
