Default few bits left what to get

Hey there I'm currently collecting bits to convert my civic to turbo.

So I've just got injectors, bov, fuel pump and gauges to go.

Just wondering what size injectors people recommend. I've seen alot of people using all different kinds of setups.

I'm just running a basic race tech setup for now but with plan's to add to it later. I was looking at maybe 6 50 ' s over 550 '. But then I've seen people running 700.

Pretty set on getting a hks blow off valve

Walton fuel pump

And gauges I was something quite discreet but really not looked at many atall what's good for a quality look oem kinda look

Injectors are based on your power goal. Without knowing that, its hard to give you any advice. For a stock block build, 550s would suffice - they will support ~350whp on pump gas.

Walbro pump maybe? I might live under a rock, but haven't heard of the Walton pump...

Well for now my aim is about 270 bhp I will be going for more power maybe another year down the line. I guess 650 or even 750s would be more ideal for me. Been looking at rc injectors too they seem to be well recommended. However I know you can use oem injectors so I was possibly going to take the oem route. I assume more research would be done on a oem part as they are made to last. I'm just not sure if the injectors would be a direct fit.

as for Walton I did mean walbro haha.

I guess I really just need to know more about injectors and just a few recommendations on gauges

I have a question here. Seems the RC injectors are the same price from 550-750 so why wouldn't you go ahead and get the 750s to grow into later or even allow for E85 use? Just curious

You plan on using the stock 240cc injectors?

You certainly could do that. I was just using 550s as a reference since it usually encompasses most people's initial turbo goals.

On E85, those 750s will support nearly 400whp which still fits with his goals although being in the UK, I don't know what access he will have to it.

Yeah my concern was the fuelling but I guess the map decides that.

As for alternative fuel I run my car on shell 99 ron. You can get additives, bit of a gimmick in my opinion. Well for road use anyway.

Yea I completely get where you were going and thanks, I didn't know the hp figures to injectors. I know on my old build that was to be I had ID1000s but man are those little suckers $$$

I was just curious if there is any negative to running large injectors such as gas mileage or driveability.

Id1000s are very nice injectors that can run on a stock car without issue once tuned properly
