you have an exhaust leak most likely... check everything around the head, wastegate, turbo and downpipe
are run running open wastegate? does it make the sound only under boost or what?

Re: Exhaust Sounds like Garbage After Turbo...... (wantboost)
well i dont have a boost controller right now but its an internal wastegate so im boosting a 3psi....but when i run open wastegate at 10psi it still sounds exactly the same ....and even when im at like 1500 rpm..same thing

Get a stethoscope and take the end off so the end is just a rubber hose. Fire up the car and blip the throttle as you listen to different areas. Possible areas for leaks are head flange, wastegate flange, downpipe flange, crack in manifold, and gasket between downpipe and exhaust.
If you cant pinpoint the exhaust with the stethoscope, take you turbo kit off, clean all the flanges, reassemble the turbo kit, and run the car again for about 5 minutes. Take the turbo kit off again and look at all the flanges. The flanges should be clean still except for were the exhuast leak is. Good luck ~Chris
