Default Evo turbo

i posted this under hybrid but no luck..hoping i could get some help..my boy wants to do a LS/v turbo DD..i suggested using a evo turbo since they can be found for a lot less money..what do you guys think? has anybody tried it? what modifications have to be made? please post concrete explainations and pics if available..thanks

you should go with an evo turbo...they spool quick and make power all the way to 8000 rpms. they are underrated turbos.

thats what i hear..a friend of mines made 450+ single v on 20pounds so it definetly has potencial
