Nice man.

Is it safe to do 400whp on a stock head?? I am speaking about the valve springs.

How high will you rev to??

Everything seems good. But if i were you, I would run an exteranl fuel pump with bigger injectors.

damn its late.. i just got the car all back together and ready for tomorrow, well really this morning to get tuned.. im freaking tired

when is an external fuel pump needed? im upgrading from the 440cc injectors/vafc hack to the presicion 680cc injectors and hondata s200b i thought that 680 was a big step and tahts what the shop recommended me to do for my goals of about 500whp...

You don't need an external pump at all, don't listen to that.
680's should be sufficient for the power your looking for but they will be maxed out even if you turn the fuel pressure up.
Next time just go with 1000's that way you don't have to upgrade again.
And yes you will make around 400whp.

You do realize it's an SC44 right??

That is a bit low IMO, 400whp still sounds good in my book.

alright guys... dyno came out very well.. im very happy with the results and they way howard and brian tuned the car today.. i was on the dyno for about 3.5 hours and they did 20 dyno runs

it could have made a lot more power but i had a couple things holding me back.. howard suggested that i upgrade my intercooler cause the drag just wont cut it now and im also going to get a new exhaust setup and eventually go w/ a 3" dp..

i was making 280 @ 7psi on the sc44 when they did a baseline run..

car was tuned to tuned to 19psi on pump gas w/ no detentation and perfect a/f using there wb02 i dont have the last chart but the it was somewhere around 380hp..

Glad your happy with it....be careful with that alignment!

I think afuel pump rewire will do the trick for you....no external.

C16 and more boost....I would say 450whp until the springs in the head say no more....just kinda depends on the shape they are in now...

im probably gonna get ahold of you next week sometime so i can tackle this fuel pump issue and also use the 2step thats built into the mds box, you said you could use a buttom or a/c clutch switch, im not sure what would be the best for it.. i would like to get all this done so i can be totally ready for imports vs domestics in Nov.

Marty the guy w/ the red hatch that was there w/ me is a mechanic at a shop and is gonna do my alignment today at 530 after work.. after that ill be good to go..

The MSD setup is the best way to go....and a button on the steering wheel is best too.....being that you have the stock steering wheel we may have to come up with some way to make it work though.....Try to get it up here quickly though...lol...we have 7 cars to get ready for that event so far....
