Default Critique My Planned Setup

I'm considering building my turbo GSR, and have a few questions:

1) Anything I'm forgetting about in the list below?

2) About how much whp could I expect with good tuning on pump gas (maybe around 14 or 15 PSI), and on race gas (maybe around 20-22 PSI)?

3) Would it be a good idea to upgrade the turbo, piping, and intercooler (all currently DRAG III kit)?

Block:
-Sleeve
-Bore to 84mm
-Pistons (9:1)
-Rods (Eagle)

Fuel:
-Injectors (720cc Peak and Hold?)
-Fuel Rail
-Fuel Lines
-AEM EMS or Hondata
-FPR (1:1 Aeromotive)
-Intank Fuel Pump (Walbro 255)

Other:
-Upgrade to Tial 40mm Wastegate
-3 Bar MAP Sensor

ALREADY HAVE:
-DRAG III kit (T3/T04E - .63 A/R Stage 3 turbine and compressor is 54 trim wheel)
-3 inch downpipe, and 3 inch thermal exhaust

**I made 256.8 whp with just the DRAG Kit and exhaust, at 7.5 PSI**

If you're planning on doing 20-22psi, you'd be smart to look into a stronger rod than standard Eagles. Pauter, Manley, Crower, or just upgraded Eagles will give you more peace of mind. 84mm is a pretty big bore for a high boost application, but it's been done before. It's up to you.

btw, nice numbers at 7 psi, my LS only made 192whp@6.5 psi....

if u plan on running 22 psi, i'd probably upgrade to a bigger fuel pump. also, i'd prally stick with a 83mm bore to be safe. as for rods, i'd maybe try out the new full-race ones. those look damn nice. otherwise it looks pretty good. the turbo might fall off a little bit but should be a ok setup for 18-20 psi. I'd for sure use besnon sleeves, and CP pistons.

Would boring to 83mm be worth the money, opposed to leaving stock bore? What would be a better fuel pump?

yeah, 83mm bore is worth the money. and if u plan to run 22psi, i'd probably get a aeromotive external fuel pump or whatever brand u choose, but one big enough to support 720cc injectors and 22psi

Your setup looks fine Brad.
The fuel setup and everything else you listed will easily support the boost etc. that you plan on running.
