There are plenty of reputable people on here that can build an engine for you. If you don't need it sleeved, I'd stick with someone fairly local to you in Florida. Check the tuner directory at the top of the main FI forum list for tuners in Florida; a lot of them build engines too, and if not they can point you in the right direction.
If you do want/need the block sleeved, all of the sleeving companies will also assemble the engine for you.

Did they hone them for pistons or not?
Either way I'd recommend going with someone local. Its not difficult work to have the block honed and assembled. You're lucky enough to be in Florida too with a good amount of people that have experience building Honda engines.

all they did was basically install the sleeves... so I do need final bore and hone... I just wanted to make sure it was put together right, I have had a couple of issues in the past with half *** work done in my area...
