Default EFI / Electrical Problem(s)

I dont know where to begin. I know I am leaving a lot out. I'm very tired

The car is a DA Integra with a freshly built B18c1 bottom end with a B16a top end. AEM EMS 30-1000 & 30-1040 engine management system, Precision 1,000cc fuel injectors, GM 3 bar map sensor, etc. The car ran fine with a built B16a and the same AEM EMS 30-1000 box. Shattered an oil pump gear and that was the end of that motor. I have already put 50 light miles on the motor by using the TPS voltage for the engine load. Here is the problem. I'm getting 1.54v from the GM 3 bar map sensor. It's reading about a pound of boost with the ignition on, at startup and if the car tries to idle. I have tried just about everything short of replacing the entire harness. Mase has ever sent me a calibration to rule that out I have one more idea I am going to try after my 1:20am dinner

Did you try using a different MAP sensor?

See. I left quite a bit out of the post I have tried four map sensors. One of those being an OEM Honda MAP sensor.

Ahah I figured. Just making sure though. So all the sensors had the same voltage at idle? I'd check the continuity from the sensor connector to the ECU plug and see whats up.
