Default HAVING A HUGE AEM EMS PROBLEM!!!!!

Ok here it goes, I have an EMS for a OBD1 integra, with a stock base map in the car reads 40psi with just turning my key to the on position I have tried everything I can think of, if the car does decide to start it will idle for 1 second and turn off I have tried a new map sensor, a new wire harness, hardwiring the map, unplugging sensors one by one untill it stoped reading boost etc, etc, etc, etc. . . if i take the AEM out and plug it into my friends hatch with a stock b-series in it it is fine reads -psi with the key on and with the car running like it shouls and the car drives fine, any ideas???????

Is it possible the map connector is swapped with a different sensor? Which sensor do you unplug to get it to stop reading high?

Key on, engine off: What is the voltage on the map signal line at the ecu? Does it match the reading in aempro?

Also is this a new engine install? Sometimes the small ecu ground doesn't get bolted back to the t-stat housing. That can cause alot of odd problems.
