first thoughts on AEM automapping
Just started using my AEM EMS today for the first time and had a chance to use automapping. The map I had was really messed up due to my 3 bar map sensor and big injectors, so I made sure everything was very rich. Started right up and got the idle working right away. Did about an hour of driving, evantually getting it up to around 6000 rpm and 15 psi. Automapping worked great, didn't take very long at all to reach the target A/F ratio. Automapping only works above 5% throttle, so I'm still having some problems coming off the throttle.
Once I've got most of the map working well I'll post it on my website. There weren't any honda maps using a 3 bar map sensor. My inejctors are 720cc.

awesome, I'm thinking about EMS w/ my setup....right now I'm still trying to get my AFC tuned until I can get either Hondata or EMS this summer.

its very likely that you'll need to tweak the accel fuel tables to add fuel when you press the gas off idle. i am still tweaking this - havent had a chance to fine tune - it working bigger problems.
