Re: Eagle Stroker kit makes a B18 into a 1.93l anyone tried it? (JDMCRX)
Its going to give a shitty r/s ratio. I was actually looking to get that stroker kit, and then resleeve my block to a 84mm bore, which would yeild approximately 2.2 liters out of a b-series without a deckplate. It would be in the neighboorhood of 1.3~1.4:1 r/s ratio, which is terrible IMO. If you want a race motor that is one thing, but a daily driven car shouldnt run that kind of r/s ratio. Just resleeve a 1.8 block with a 84mm bore and you will keep your r/s ratio have get 2.0 liters.

Re: Eagle Stroker kit makes a B18 into a 1.93l anyone tried it? (boosted hybrid)
Well if you want you can run the 95mm Eagle stroker crank with 86mm bore and have a 2207cc b-series motor. But like boosted hybrid said you'll have a horrible rod/stroke ratio. So either go with 89mm crank, or get a deckplace so that you can run a longer rod and rev higher and more reliably.
Golden Eagle will build you a deckplate motor with Arias pistons, eagle rods, eagle 95mm crank, 85mm bore, electric water pump, fully assembled, new ACL race bearings, balanced, blueprinted, line bored mains, pretty good sized deckplate, that's a big 2.15L motor that can rev to 10,000rpms. And you'd be suprised at the price it's 4500. That's a NASTY block. Top a block like that off with a nice ported heads and some big cams and your looking at 250-280+whp all motor.
