Default Dyno Tuning guys, i need your help...

I have a boosted h23a engine and i will run the p74 LS ecu for my hondata 4b setup. However, the h23a is the only engine that has secondary intake runner control but no VTEC capability. Hondata says they can add a chip to enable it, but its gonna take them 2+ weeks and my dyno appointment is scheduled for next friday. The only problem i have is that hondata says that "The secondary intake runner control (IAB) increases engine torque below 5250 rpm." So my question is, if i have my car dyno tuned without the IAB active then i install it after tuning, is it going to affect things and will i be required to RE-dyno the car????

when i did my swap, i couldn't find anything on how to wire the IAB up, so i hooked straight to a vaccum source and they hold wide open. I don't mind the loss of torque on the bottom end, because the motor more then makes up for it.

i also have mine hooked straight into a vacuum source since i broke the IAB box, but i have a new one on the way. So putting it in a vacuum source will hold the runners open at all rpm values? Hondata is still developing the chip they told me, it could be weeks before its done.

yep, they are stuck wide open when hooked straight to a vaccum source. Its been this way for about a year, and i've had no problems or anything...i would recommend though just taking the butterflies out, this is what i'm going to do once i get all my other parts together to put on...
