Default Tuning w/out Hondata or dyno??

is it possible to tune everything without a dyno and a hondata?? I dont have access to a dyno for like 200 miles. I heard about those Tesla Gtech Performance meters. are those any good and can you use them to tune?? what are your guys thoughts and how did you go about tuning her in??
