dyno day with jim @ motorvations in trussville,AL nets my integra 303 whp !!
Hey all finally made my goal for my steet driven honda. My goal was 300whp we did it thanks to jim's tunning of the hondata s200.
303.1 whp @ 13psi 220 tq
Thanks to every one on honda-tech for so much usefull info. Thanks to Jim @ motorvations motorsports in trussville,AL and Stan @ fast-turbo.com and any one I missed.
Set up as followed:
B18C1 81.5mm
JE 9:1 pistions
EAGLE Rods
Block Guard (Race engineering)
Ferrea 0.5 oversize
Stock Cams
Stock head other than valves
Max-Rev log manifold
Max-Rev 2.5 downpipe
Garrett T3/T04e 57trim w/.48a/r turbo (small for me but works for now)
Greddy Power Extreme 2 Exaust
Hondata s200
RC 440 injectors ( @8000 rpm I ran out of injector damn small injectors)
SKUNK2 intake manifold
STR 70mm throttle body
303.1 whp @ 13psi 220 tq

Great powerband what was the a/f @ the end of the run? any boost spike? Looks like it was going smooth then a little spike at the end

The air fuel was about 12.3 @ 8000 No boost spike 13psi all the way turbonetics manual boost controller.

what size exhaust are u running-- i had the same exact #'s 303/220 on my stk gsr
w/ 2.5 exhaust at 10 psi on same turbo--3 inch went to 325 whp (forget tq #'s)
nice #'s and congrats nonetheless

Wow, incredible! I made the EXACT same Horsepower about 5 days ago! 303.1whp only I had 260torque and at 16PSI (LS motor).
Why didn't you go for more horsepower, you have a built engine?
The only thing I don't like is the climbing AF curve at the end. 12.3 is ok for now, but when it gets cold out that AF WILL rise because of the denser air. You could hit a 13 AFR in boost on a cold day . That's why a lot tune for 11.4-11.6 in hot weather because hondata has no IAT correction.
Good numbers though , I'd like to know total timing up top as well

The only thing I don't like is the climbing AF curve at the end. 12.3 is ok for now, but when it gets cold out that AF WILL rise because of the denser air. You could hit a 13 AFR in boost on a cold day . That's why a lot tune for 11.4-11.6 in hot weather because hondata has no IAT correction.
