Did a search on dump tubes all that came up was someone asking if so many inches in diamater was enough. So my question is...what is the purpose of a dump tube...where does it go...and how much does it cost?

 

dump tube is used to let the exhaust gas out of the wastegate to a certian direction, for example, most manifold will place the WG exhaust port right on the ac line and radiator, with dump tube you can route the exhaust gas towards the bottom
