Alright Hunt, we'll see soon enough eh. You can't argue with what's in front of you. I could care less what it does on the track, it ain't my car. But we'll see soon enough how fast this thing is.
Hey I just saw that smart *** remark....
cant argue with whats in front of yeah ..huh? Just for the record I was talking about the dyno, not the track... dont get into a pissing match about what is gonna be in front of me.... you dont want to go there , trust me

Hes right, you (nor i) dont want him to step up his game. In any event, didnt this car only trap 130 in pomona? Thats about 20mph off of what it should be trapping
11.6 is pretty slow at 130 mph is a different story, we had more problems as anyone would have with this type of car and we are in the process of figuring them out we still have a couple of night races at a not so great track up here but trust me well get this car figured out, were hoping to try again this weekend well let everyone know if it does well
most of the cars runing mid 10s were doing 130-5 mph

What boost were you running the car at on the track? like i said earlier, 130 for that hp is a shame weather anybody wants to admit it or not..
You would have to talk to Scott (CrazyCompression) as he was driving the car... It's actually probably a bit higher than 9,000rpm because once it boosts it just spins up to the rev limiter (9,500rpm, trying to let the car catch up)... Even up top in 4th when the car is finally starting to pull along it breaks loose... Like we all know it just takes time...

I have been tuning in the last couple days on my MD dyno and I made 632hp but I have a VERY good fan that will knock on your *** as you walk past it. Last night I went to my friends shop that has a dynojet 248H and I made 606hp at the same boost level. his shop is only 15minutes away from here and It was tested the very next day. I will post dynoplots as soon as I can. That is the only proof I have.

How? You own a Mustang Dyno? The #s were still higher on the DYnojet or Mustang dyno?

Or the car launches, hooks first, boosts up in second (now the car is goin 50mph, and your actual wheel speed is ~89mph), shift third, it bogs (car is going 70mph and the wheels are going ~124mph), bogs going into fourth and once you get to ~7000rpm you're crossing the 1320ft mark... One reason why power is bad, this is why we try to let the wheels "catch up" every gear, doesn't work too well tho... Scott was also telling me that when he raced PowerXtreme at the 1/8th Scott was at 90, PowerXtreme was at 106mph... At the traps PowerXtreme was at 132, Scott was at 130... Still slow yea, but IT IS going to take time... Just my $0.02, Latez

The GZ guys are cool guys. I think they need to put their cars on a dynojet to see if they are really making that power.
When I made my 632hp I couldn't beleive it so I called my boy Jason a Phantom motorsports and asked him if I could do a couple base runs. When I saw the 608hp on his dynojet I **** myself.
Some mustangs DO read higher but there are alot of varibles.

I have no doubt you will get the car figured out, even with 500 to the wheels you will go fast, I was a doubter on dyno's not trying to dawg anyone for a bad track day, we all have those. I just had a problem with some one getting cute cause I doubted something.. I got caught up in a debate that really does not matter... Good luck. Jason

Good luck on the better times. I am sure you guys will get it figured out. It isn't easy to go fast in a fwd as anyone will tell that is fast. Just takes patience, again good luck.
I cant understand all this arguing about horsepower. Horsepower is a number derived from torque/speed/rpm. Torque/traction is what wins races and kills the 1320, unless you are a ***** who has to go from a roll.
Dyno numbers are very easy to manipulate. You can change the load numbers or the correction.
With that said, this will still be a fast car.

I say the turbo is too big and the powerband isn't broad enough. Transient response is important.
I've also heard from a disclosed source that ralph wasn't happy with mustange numbers so he made a couple modifications to get the numbers up to where customers would be happy...
Post a screen shot of the dyno calibrations to prove me wrong
