Default Downpipe question

i'm running a 2.5" open downpipe right now @ 7psi. I am just curious if the open downpipe makes the BOV a little more quiet, like alomost nonexistant? I can only hear mine now from outside the car. is it always like that? thanks for any answers

You running open DP or a full exhaust has no effect on how loud your bov sounds. but if you are running open DP, you are probably drowning it the sound of your bov out.

if your worried about the sound of your BOV i dont think you want to go Open DP. it's loud.

get a different BOV or use a Diverter Valve like stock turbo cars.

Or run a full exhaust setup. Kteller adn Thermal offers nice exhaust for turbos. Much quieter
