Delta II waste gate problems!!!
I recently installed a custom turbo on a 95 honda accord. The waste gate is staying open at idle. on the adjustment on the bottom, is right going to close it, and is left going to open it, Also one fitting on the waste gate says vacum, i have that going to a vacum source(off of intake), and also the is another fitting which says boost, I connected that to the charge pipe after the turbo, is this correct? I took the waste gate off and oiled it and pushed on the door, seem to be extremely hard, is this correct? Please help me get rid of the fart noise at idle and help me boost!
I'm sure your "Delta II" WG is like my Deltagate. If you're running off a straight wastegate and no boost controller, the top port marked vacuum stays open. Only the side port is connected to a boost source like the compressor.
When both are used like you did, the wastegate will stay open on idle.

with both connected, you said it will probably stay open at idle...what about under load? he is getting zero boost registering according to the gauge. sounds like it's spooling but not really any boost.
also, his b&m fpg is showing 0 psi after he installed the fmu and msd inline. the pump is working. since it is right after the gauge and filter, is that why there is no pressure showing. the car wouldn't start if there was really 0 psi right?

If you are not using a eletric boost controller then you just use the one on the side. And make sure it's not a 10lb spring? Boost is to hi for stock motor with no tuning !0lb spring possible KABOOM.?
if it is then you should dyno it with a V-AFC or S-AFC and upgrade you injector? hope you have a 12.1 fmu. good luck
