Default damn oil return

i just cant fiure out how to make this work, its a rev hard manifold with a t3/t4, compressor on passenger side, and a spooling performance 3 inch AC downpipe. i just dont know how to route the oil return and its really getting kind of nerve wrecking, please some1 with pointers or pics, post them up asap as i will like to get this working today, thanks.

ok well right now the oil return bung is right behind the dp the 90 degree fitting i have is too big and ytheres isnt enought clearance for it. so i know that has to be moved. so lets just say its not there anywhere i put this 90 degree, it will cause it to be touching the downpipe and i really dont like that. liek i said, if any1 has a 3 inch rev hard ac compatible spoolin downpipe, they could help

could you put a 45 on the outlet and loop the return hose around the front of the DP? Perhaps take your 90 out and put a 45 on the pan as well pointed so the line loops around the front of the dp, you could do it and still have a downward slope. But without pics it does sound like you are just plain fucked. Hope it works out.

i think i figured it out. my flange on the turbo is liek a tube that goes into the line, so there isnt and fittings or anything like that. but i think im going to put a 45 bung on the oil pan, take off the 90, and work with a striaght fitting

for my setup with blox/ugr==almost same to revhard

i needed
45 -10an steel
then 45 an fitting on the 45 steel

and another 45 degree on pan fitting

then bulkhead on pan

this is what ive come up with and tell me if this is good or bad because its a crucial part of the build. well if you read earlier int he post, the 90 degree hose end was just too big, it interfered with the donwpipe and it just wouldnt work. i already had a bung on the oil pan welded, now what i plan on doing is using that as an extention and welding another peice on top of that, so its still a 90 at the pan. i just cant figure out what else is possible, this dp is just too big, leaves no room. heres a picture, tell me if its good or bad before i get this welded 2morrow. you can see where the new peice will be welded on to the bung already on the pan.

what do you mean phil??n thse setuo is bassicly ready. i keep taking the downpipe off so i can check for clearances. but the way you see it in the picture is the best i can come up with becuase of the clearance issues. the bung is already welded to the pan. i wanna get that peice im hilding up welded to the bung, so it kind of acts as an extension. your downpips is awesome, but its just so big, there isnt much room for anything. ive been at this for a while now, and there isnt enough clearance for anyting else. what i have in the picture is basiclly all i can think of. ive bought different fittings that dont work because of not enough clearance.
and the bung that is welded on the pan is flush with the pan, i think its pinted downwards just a tad bit. but that picture makes it look alot worse. let me know what i should do or what, i wanna get this welded hopefully tomorrow so i can get my car running

PS: phil, do u have any pictures of oil returns with your 3 inch revhard dp??

the angle is fine, coming from the turbo, it goes striaght down, no bends. im concerned about the fitting i wanna weld onto that bung. if you notice, the peice im holding is not attached the the bung on the pan, i want to get it welded though
