Default D15B2 turbo

Hi all, i got a 1994 Civic Lsi (EG8) with d16z6 intake manifold, and with turbocharger from saab 9000 a.k.a. Gerrett T3(TB0356)(AireSearch M27) on 0.5bar + P06 ECU tuned on Crome. question is, with my stock internals, what would be max boost, to keep engine safe? Here is some pictures:

P.S. front bumper is ugly, I know but will be changed in a while

Thanks.

10psi would probably be under 175whp, I wouldn't run that high except for at the track a few times. Unless you have another car or motor, keep it fairly low. Those rods are toothpicks.

I'm curious, are those stock injectors?

No, those are DSM 450cc... but I sold them couse I tought that i wont go bigger with my turbo project... but actually Iam thinking of D16Z6 in my engine room @ my place, with eagle rods, vitara pistons, good clutch, i want to build this car as daily driven car, so, maybe someone of you could me recomend what would be the whp's to aim for, for confortable daily driving with turbo? and what would be the mods for d16z6 to get those hp's???
