Default D series torque steer?

I'm pretty much sold on the tubo'd D series idea, Just one question. How bad is torque steer? I was originaly going to do a LS swap, and they have intermediate shafts were as the D's don't. I was wondering before I buy and build a D series motor.

Zc motors use an intermediate shaft which are d series motors.

A tendancy for a car to turn in a particular direction when power is applied. Torque steer is common in front-drive cars because reaction forces created in the half-shafts can generate uneven steering forces in the front tires.

Its more common with a d series because of the unequal axle.

Is there a way to help it? Would ZC axles fit my D16Z6 95 EX?

Are you hooking 1 tire though. If you don't have lsd and one tire is spinning trying to get traction, that will put you to that side, that is not torque steer though.

Toqrue steer has nothing really to do with traction, its the way the car pulls off the line. 103hp std hatchback will have torque steer. It does not mean your going fast, or you have a lot of power.
