Default CYL#2 WET and Clean...What could it be???

I have a boosted gsr block w b16 head..440 venom injectors that i ran 8lbs for about 6 months without a tune. Just a basemap from Phearable.net. I have an innovate wideband that reads around 14.5 idle and 10-12 cruising. Ran great in the beginning then noticed smoke while on boost got worse over time. Replaced the seals and bearings on turbo and still the white smoke. So i replaced the headgasket (golden eagle 84mm) took head to machine shop and everything checked out good (even pressure tested). Got everything back up and running and still smoke while driving not on IDLE. Never did a compression or leak down because i took a peek of the pistons while i had the plugs removed and noticed cylinder 2 was wet and shiny. Did the old school mirror over plug hole test after runnin it for 5 mins to see if it would steam the mirrors but no steam. I was told that's a cheap way of testing if coolant is on cylinders. So i concluded that i may have bad rings since I ran my TURBO READY motor NA for a year with a super rich tune(that's before i was able to aquire my turbo kit. Anyway motor is currently in the building stages AGAIN. My sleeved block checked out good as well (deck and bores) So right now I've installed new ACL race bearings and cP piston rings. But anyway if anybody can give my input i'd appreciate it. THANKS!

notice how cyl 2 is different from the rest

#3&4 cyl

#1&2

orientation is 1,2,3,4

BLOX IM (i know oil was from my smoking turbo)

Coolant leak/headgasket issue or excessive fueling washed the rings out

from what ive noticed if they are wet and clean its a good indicator coolant is getting into the cylinder. but honestly you were driving around for a prolonged period of time with your air fuel in the 10-12:1 range while cruising. thats pretty bad id also be checking the bearings from likely having gas in the oil

I ran my car long enough to pull onto my trailer, off my trailer, and on to T1's dyno on my base map. It was stupid rich!

Considering you say it got progressively worse. I bet too much fuel washed down the cylinders and blow by got worse and worse.

ok so here's more facts.. like I said on my original post I have venom 440cc injectors and this basemap from phearable right.. I did 3 pulls on the dyno initially and the car put down 262hp. So having said that..do you all think I ran the crap out of those injectors? Because im trying the injector size calculation on the rc engineering website and when I typed 260hp on the goal thingy it was telling me I needed at least 550cc @ 80% duty cycle. Well I don't think that still explains why CYL2 is wet and clean plus the junk on the valves...ANYBODY?!?!
