I would add a fuel pump and an adjustable fpr to your set-up.

the walbro is what I have and I also have NGK bkr7e plugs gapped to .040. people on this board have their plugs gapped to .030 but my car ran like crap at that gap.

you dont need the timer if you dont mind sitting in your car for an extra minute before shutting down, and summit sells oil coolers for our apps for way less than the greddy. mobil 1 10w30 is the oil I use and it works well with turbos.

Just for clarification because I need to know, do you really need another fuel pump with 8-9 psi? Wouldn't the factory be enough with the 440's? I am doing a similar setup except for a SOHC and I was advised that the Fuel pump was not needed...
Thanks

I would upgrade the pump also for the fact that you have how many miles on the old pump and it certainly wont hurt. I think pushing 9 psi does require a new pump though and big injectors will push more fuel

Pfieffdog, who is tunning your car? If it's a hondata recommend shop inquire about the fuel pump. I know it doesn't hurt but if your like me Money is TIGHT> I am trying not to spend anymore for my initial $3500 Setup on a $1100 Kit....

GruvyTune will be tuning the car. I'll shoot him an email and see what he says.

the FMU will not allow there to be excessive fuel dump, get the pump, any 255lph pump will so, i suggest the walbro.

My hondata tuner said that the stock fuel pump should be ok, any other opinions on the setup?
