Greddy and Hondata Dyno
I finally made it to the dyno to tune my fuel. I was able to pickup 18 whp just by leaning out the fuel a bit. I didn't mess with the timing any, because I was short on time. This is at 10 psi on the Greddy kit. The Hondata was so simple to tune, and I was able to make changes very quickly between runs.

you still have the greddy dp, cat, and exhaust, you are really holding your capabilty back, btw getrid of the restrictor plate in the intake flter piping to the turbo.

I think you need a 3" DP, 3" cat, and a Thermal 3"/custom 3" cat-back exhaust. I think you should be making more power than that at 10Psi on a B16.

This sucks, my HP goals are going to be ~ 230 hp on drag 3 b16 setup. I am now wondering if I should go to a full 3" exhuast(minus DP) before I go tune my car.
Hopefully since I have the drag kit, I should be able to hit 230@7psi.

Re: Greddy and Hondata Dyno (mikvtec)
I took the air filter off last week to look for a restrictor plate, and I didn't see one. As for the exhaust, I just replaced a DC sports Twin Canister with the Greddy EVO and a Random Cat. This made a huge difference. And I am willing to give up a few horses in return for a quieter exhaust. The downpipe is something I have been looking into.

Re: Greddy and Hondata Dyno (SagaGSR)
I believe only the GSR kits have the restrictor plates. i haven't actually looked on mine but no one else i've known with an Si kit has that restrictor..
I think the exhaust/cat/downpipe is definitely holding you back.. at 10psi i made 239whp and 181ft-lbs of torque with custom 2.5" downpipe, 3" cat, and 3" exhaust, 440cc injectors and stock (!!) fuel pump.. it was kinda lean with the stock pump, at 8.5psi i made 230whp...
EDIT: it's interesting, i made more horsepower but you have more torque than me!.. also comes in strong at like 5500rpm... here's my dyno sheet: http://userfs.cec.wustl.edu/~man2/pi...run15small.jpg

Re: Greddy and Hondata Dyno (Xerxes)
If you notice, there is quite a large dip in my power curve after 5000 rpm. Doug from Hondata suggested that I needed to lower my VTEC point to 4700, it was at 5200 at the Dyno. Maybe that will help a bit, as it looked like the lower cam was just running out of steam before the crossover. I believe that my cat is 3", and the EVO is tappered from 60mm to 70mm, which is like 2.5 to 2.75". I had a Twin Canister before, and I could tell that it was too restrictive, because the boost level would drop off substantially as I reached redline. I don't get that anymore. I have found someone locally that can make me a 2.5" downpipe, I guess I will try that.

Re: Greddy and Hondata Dyno (2000Si-at-UK)
if you got cam gears you could achieve easy hp. get some cam gears and retard the intake by 2 degrees and thats all you won't have that vtec dip. I did this gained an easy 15-20 on 2 si with importturbos turbo kit which is similar to greddy. Try it.
