1. I'm goin to be building my block soon on my daily driven prelude. This car will also be my track car. I plan on boostin maybe 14-16 lbs on either a t3/t4 or a t3-60-1 at the track on race gas. My question is, should i go with a 9:1 cr or should i go lower.

2. My friend will be buying and building a b-series motor for his del sol. for the track he will be spraying about 100-120 shot dp. should he get low or high comp pistons?

 

1. i would (and am about to) go with the 9.0 pistons in my h23. compression is good, i wouldn't go lower than that

2. it depends on how much he wants to sacrifice. he could tune his engine with higher compression pistons to run smoothly with or without the nitrous. if he just wants to have a fast track car with a huge shot of nitrous that he won't drive around, tell him to get lower comp pistons like 8.5.

I would tune both engines instead of going lower than a 9.0:1 compression.
