for the h23 with just 7lbs of boost, i would suggest the t3/to4e 60trim with the .63 a/r stg 3 it will be very fast spooling for your setup and great for the street.

I have a t4/t4E .48 a/r turbine 60 trim. Can you replace my .48 a/r turbine with a .63a/r turbine and then rebalance? What's the cost? turbo is brand new and has never been installed...It's a Garrett

Are there turbos reman...?? from what i heard threw the turbo industry they are reman turbos but its not 100% so dont hold me against it..
