Default could it be my pcv system

ive been reading up on this a lot but cant seem to find my answer first off let me tell you what i have a b18a1 turbo no other mods...whole motor was rebuilt 10k miles ago with oem parts and added block guard.

problems i have is a little smoking it started smoking when the turbo went in. I have already replace the turbo just 3 days ago due to bad seal but the new turbo started smoking a little after two days of driving hit boost but never past 3 psi it smokes at idle and boost but not much just always the same amount. smoke is coming out my exhaust and my valve cover(from the breather) i dont have a catch can and my pcv system is not hook up to my intake manifold i just have it unplug so im thinking its because of the pcv because of the extra pressure being put in, would this cause the smoking.

sorry for the long post any help would be appreciated oh yeah I am tuned on chrome.

What color is the smoke? Are you sure your tune is good?

time for a compression check....if they're low, add a little oil, and check em again....if they come up at all, your rings/ringlands are bad

took my car to the shop, turbo is good motor is good after compression and leak down test. Now the smoke only comes at idle for like the first 20 minutes then after that everything is good no smoke. My tune is good i have seen this guy tuned many turbo honda before.

Sound like some bad valve stem seal.
