Default blown turbo?

after i tuned my car last monday, my exhaust has been smoking white like crazy. we did multiple 15psi runs and i'd say after the 5th run it started to smoke. almost a week later (today) i drive around and right when i shift to second i hear a little poof. no smoke out the exhaust now, mad oil out of the feed line though, and i'm getting no boost what so ever. haven't taken the turbo apart yet. what do you guys think?? feedback please!

in regards to boost pressure I had one turbo with bad seals that would push out 12psi all day long and just smoke like hell until i replaced it, and the last turbo i went through was a GT35R due to not installing the right restrictor and it would not go past 8psi until I replaced it. I think it just depends on each case.
