comp tested a my h22 turbo. bad rings?

comp tested a my h22 turbo. bad rings?
tested at 210 all the way across about a month ago, now there at about 180. are the rings about to die? running 8lbs

i dont really push it that hard, but i do occasionally. but the turbo has been on there for about 9 months now
