Well - there are many rings.........
I'm assuming he's talking about something - not-so-obvious.....since he has a "boosted prelude" in his sig. I'm figuring he knows all the 'obvious' stuff. And the prelude has an h22 - so i'm confused.

There is no gap from the ring to the piston.. There is a gap from the ends of the rings(ring gap clearance).. And then there is piston to wall clearances..
