Best rings for turbo?
ok i'm in the process or rebuild my a6 afterall. It needs rings bad, i plan on doing a resurface of the cylinder's, but what rings are best with turbo. I kinda wanted Total Seal's gapless, but i hear those are bad for turbo. People have been telling me I need some blow by with a turbo. I was thinking with going JE/SRP any thoughts?

Total seal have been proven to be **** for Honda's.
I have Endyn Rollerwaves that came with Rings. Are you looking to put pistons in too? (I would build it right the first time, Xmas is coming you know).

Re: Best rings for turbo? (ladysman)
i have no plans to keep this motor in long, i have a f- series waiting.. thats getting built, darton sleeves, piston's, rods... the works, i just need something right now thats at least 14s and doesn't smoke like it is now. If this motor blows in a week i could care less.. at least i turboed a d - series. lol
i figure, 100 bucks on rings, 125 for a headset.. i do all my own labor.. for 225 if it last me a year, i can always sell the setup for alittle more then that..
it is getting all new bearing tho
