codys- mini me mani help!
Try clocking the turbo a tab bit towards te back. That might be enough to pass the rad mount.
:Edit: Just saw the second pic. It really does look like you will have to move the rad. It seems like the question now is where. Good luck.

DId you buy the manifold from cody, I dont think your left with no options.
Re-positioning the turbo inlet flange would fix the problem.
It looks it somehow got misaligned in the contruction process.
Its a simple fix, unless the setup is intedned for a completly different setup/car

from the head to the core support i have about 10.25 inches....the turbo housing extends to 9.75 inches.... does anyboyd know how much space an integra has?
I don't see that ffiting at all. Hopefully Cody will see this with the new pics posted and have a suggestion cause I can say nothing but good things about him and lovefab.

it took a lot of work but i still dont think its right.... everything that touched the manifold had to be grinded down.....looks like i might have to find an integra condensor or make mine work some how.....but its in there.....i still dont think its made right...
The four bolt turbos fit a lot better with this turbo location then the 5. This was built on the same jig that every other AC tubular manifold uses, and now that I think back, the majority of them have been 4 bolt turbos, or T4, hence no real problems because of the 1" closer to the block. I can reposition the turbo flange if youd like, just return it.
