just gotta send it back.. another method woudl be to weld a new t3 flangef on top of the old one and tuck the turbo in farther. but then you're dp wont be compatible.

come ONNNNN people do you have ANY imagination at all?? that thing looks like it is BARELY hitting the condensor...
pull the bumper off and pop the mounting bolts to the condensor and stick some washers between the condensor and radiator support to push it more forward away from the housing.
You "MIGHT" have to trim the inside of the bumper or what not a little for it to fit after this but hell...you'll still have a/c and still look stock once everything is back together.
I'd also wrap the turbo up in heat wrap for sake of argument.
remember that the condensor is made of aluminum too so it can bend ever so slightly without cracking if you're brave enough also.

well you cant really see it but the condensor is unbolted and is sticking half way out the core support.... and there is still no room
the AC manifolds were designed for VERY LARGE turbos, T4 in particular, AND AND AND keeping a 3" Dp withOUT cheat bending. This works great if youre willing to MAKE it work. If not, then we have whats pictured here.
But because of these problems, I guess the big turbo guys are just going to have to suck it up grind very large chunks out of their blocks, and remove AC because the lil turbo guys dont want to move anything.
The turbo positioning is being re-vamped because I just cannot take these naunces any longer.
The other option is putting the AC condenser on the other side of the core support(integra), and doing a custom line or two(or bending out to reach). I know the Integras work fine w/a half radiator.
Hui, take it to pm about compensation please.

that didnt take too long now did it?

man all i wanted was help and ideas on what to do..i wasnt bitching or complaining about it being a pos.... i just wanted to see what others were doing to get theirs to work .......i didnt say i wasnt willing to make it work......
From the pictures that your are showing, moving your condensor infront of the radiator support and getting custom lines is your only option, that i see. It going to be some work, discharging the A/C system get your lines made up then get the system recharged. It can be done but it will take some work on your part.
I know i have a D series but in my case the clearance with the condensor was enough..
What seemed to be in the way were the Lines..as you can see that is why the WG on that pic was installed like it was... As Cody says.. some relocation of the lines and condensor might be needed...

In the time being i had to remove the A/C while i could get the $$ to do the custom work needed to add it. Thankfully these next month will get cooler

man the turbo is placed so that you cant even use the radiator either...now im really stuck...

the turbo overlaps one of the spots for the radiator...in a civic there isnt any room to move it over any.....where the turbo inlet is where it hits the radiator.... anybody have any idea's on what i can do?
