Clutch for Daily Driven 220whp Sohc turbo???
People have suggested a Clutch Masters stage 3?? Will this clutch be tough enough...
Um I just want to know what people consider a long lasting clutch that can take 220whp but still is a daily driver.. Ps if you have a link to a place that sells em at good prices that would be appreciated..

ACT Heavy Duty holds about 220 lbsft torque with a stock feel. I love mine, and I think they're cheaper than Clutchmasters.

I should have mentioned that my engine is a zc sohc so it will take a D16a6 clutch... Do ACT manufacture a clutch for me?? Thanks for the replys anyone reccomend a clutch that they actually have had last a decent amount of time and is still daily driven...

I blew up my ACT Stage II on 206/184 in less than 10k miles. Not sure if it was the clutch's fault or not...but you should probably get one of the tougher ones (even though I think that one should have help up or at least not come completely apart).

I wouldn't get the Clutchmasters Stage 3 unless you're planning on drag radials or slicks. A friend of mine with a turbo B16 is about to switch from the stage 3 to a stage 1, which is what I have. He just has too much trouble hooking up well with street tires. I'm only getting about 165 whp from my D, but I'd rather have some clutch slippage and save my drivetrain anyway. Not that it's ever slipped even slightly. And launching is still a little tricky. My .02 cents...

Well yeah I intend to run D Rs why wouldn't I?? If you ever want to get traction you will need them at the track... Also if you consider upping the boost its much easier/cheaper if your clutch can take it. I have gone through 2 clutches now first an Exedy Extreme Ceramic clutch, 2nd clutch that is slipping at the moment is a Standard clutch with an upgraded pressure plate.... I say go for overkill. Just as long as the clutch doesn't chew through your flywheel or pressure plate then the tougher the better.
