Stick with a disc if its your daily driver. I had an ACT that held up to 450whp for two years daily driven. Pucks are a pain in the ***.

What he's saying, (if you're new to buying clutches) is that you need a clutch with springs in it for daily driving. Otherwise it's a pain in the ***.

I love the exedy lineup personally.

I would also recommend a sprung disk clutch. I have always had great luck with Exedy clutches in the past.

so stick with a more powerful stock style setup...or will a factory replacement hold up to the power...or will a certain brand be best for dd and mild street use...

I think it's time for me to upgrade my clutch as well... I have heard some good stuff about the ACT... However, I will keep an open mind.

i would go with a stage 2 clutch from ACT/Exedy. If your somewhere in the 400hp range a stage 3 would def be better.

For stock internal goals, an exedy stage one organic is fine, it wouldn't hurt to have the next step up though.
