Default Choice of turbo for B-series?

I am thinking about picking up a Drag turbo kit for my GSR. With the kit I get to pick from the following turbos:

T4e 60 Trim
T4e 57 Trim
T04b Super V
T04b Super S

Which would be best for stock internals looking for 220-250hp (low boost). The guy I talked to suggested the Super V because of quicker spool (he said full boost around 3500) and it won't crap out up top. The only problem I have with that is my b16 tranny. Highway driving at 70mph puts me between 3500-4000rpm. Can anyone suggest a turbo for my daily driven GSR? thanks

go with the guy's suggestion.

You won't really be boosting at partial throttle, so don't worry about the freeway cruising.
