Awesome build, thanks for sharing.
How much power do you think you would get on pump?

Sometimes simple builds can be a lot of fun! Great results for a cheap build.

Thanks Geis. I'm honestly not sure what she'd make on pump. I think a different turbo and cams would result in a much different story.

Nice to see that the cast Pistons could handle. I plan on using those too. Should be an awesome car without a doubt

ive never made near this power but jw. is it cause of the turbo as to why it didnt make much power ? not saying 467 ant much. is master built a good turbo never heard of them before. nice build though.

so about the devcon what do you think about doing another ring just above the water pump whole and drilling wholes as well (oblivious) and then doing the top do you feel it hold better as the piston load is much more lower in the block then it is at the top ?

Things all went together the right way for a new build to start and for whatever reason I've fallen in love with this car because it has so much character.. it truly looks horrible and I love it hahaha. This build has gone pretty legit now. The new goals are: 650 WHP on E85 with significantly less lag. I want to be able to hook on the street as well as the roll race events. A lot has been done suspension wise to make this happen along with a new 100 lb weight bar, spherical joint front end, and corner balancing.

The new build:
CSS 82mm, flat top Supertech pistons with upgraded pins, skunk2 Alpha rods
Head: ITR with Ferrea guides, 6000 Dish Valves, Supertech 85 lb springs/ret. and GSC T1 Cams
Edelbrock Victor X, Southbay 2000cc injectors, skunk2 alpha 70mm TB
Spoolin performance quick4 T3/44 manifold
STC Predator 60mm
KLM Fab Backdoor intercooler modified to DBB, Tial BOV, TS Wastegate
Comp Twin disc
Walbro 450 -8 feed -6 return
Trans: Mfactory long 1st, Speedfactory SCHA, Pro carbon syncros, Insane shafts half shaft and axles

The whole new build Idea started with the idea of a Predator, GSC cams, and a weight bar and it went from there..

RAW Performance is making You-Weld it weight bar setups that are quite nice and affordable!

Mocked it up with correct intercooler height for backdoor from the Predator

All Welded!

I got a new design of KLM fab backdoor intercooler and ended up making it into a double backdoor. However I wanted for the intercooler to connect into the weight bar at the correct height with no alignment issues. So I welded new bungs on the bottom side, and Machined a hole in the weight bar for the bungs to fit in with a bolt going through the center. It works quite well.

After all that was made up I made new cold side charge piping

With the radiator and all In with where the turbo mounts I realized that no conventional bends would work for my downpipe so I tackled my first pie cut downpipe. 15 degrees per cut, all tigged up!

After that, we did a sunroof delete and utilized a Ken's Kustom Chassis Chromoly 12 point kit to do a roll cage for track events.

Modified stock fuel pump hanger to utilize 6an bulkhead connections from the Walbro 450, stepped up to a 8an Feed. Used a Radium engineering bulkhead harness, as well as their 12an Microglass filter.

Dual 3 port mac solenoid with bracket I made

Final pictures of the setup..
I found a while back a company called Simmons Tuning and Performance. This is not an advertisement but they advertised that they have COP kits that will work on all stock honda based platforms and I decided to give it a shot since this is on Neptune RTP... The kit was relatively affordable, I only had to connect a few wires and follow instructions and it started right up and works flawlessly! I love the Idle of the GSCs!

Thanks man! I absolutely love making stuff from nothing and it somehow ends up looking better than you thought it would... The weight bar is 100-105 lbs. The same guy also makes one to fit a franks front end that's a little heavier

Thanks for all of the positive feedback! Im self taught fabricating and welding. I truly enjoy learning it but am super self concious about it.

Welp, we to the dyno and did quite well! Matt Shue tuned it. Made 630whp on his new superflow which he says reads 7 percent lower than his dynojet based on back to back comparison. The great thing is that this was on only 26 psi! More room to grow if I want but this is plenty. This turbo is a HOSS and spools super fast. Mac did a great job on the predator.
