i figure i give you guys the setup maybe there's a flaw.
the problem on the dyno when vtec engages the car goes lean.
turn vtec off and no problem
any input would be apreciated

Well there are two fuel maps. One for the low cam and one for the high cam. Seems like you need to work on the high cam fuel map.
