Perhaps either to much or not enough fuel. The missing link only eliminates the map sensors issue with over pressurization. At the maximum boost the map sensor can handle, the ecu has a certain range of fuel its searching for through the O2 sensor. If it thinks you have to little, cel. If it thinks you have to much for this theoretical pressure, then again, cel. Because your pushing 15psi when the map can only really comprehend 10.25 roughly, it most likely thinks there is to much fuel. Something I learned from moding a Volvo S70 is that they inject air into the exhaust system before the secondary O2 sensors, to adjust the value and pass emissions, you could work a system out like that. Though its needlessly complicated and I'd suggest just finding out how much boost you can run without getting a cel.

Umm... what kind of fuel management can support 15psi when using missing link???

i have seen missing links not able to do over 11psi.i can hook you up with a check valve that would be good up to 120psi

Hmm.. OK, found what u use:

.. so you basically use AFC hack.. you use modified ECU.. you use 3-bar MAP sensor... AND you use missing link?!?!

OMG... this is what I call a 'mess'...
