My CEL is on because of the secondary O2 senor as a result of putting a test pipe on the car. i have a JRSC at 10psi and have ordered the o2 simulator for the car. I was wondering if going into boost or giving it wide open throtle will hurt the motor in any way??

 

You should be okay. running somewhat rich but you should be alright.

 

try wrapping the secondary 02 sensor in aluminum foil. If you're lucky, you wont throw a code... I dont have one yet... *knock on wood*

 

So it is ok to run with the CEL on it will not hurt anything? If not i am going to run with it on all the time and not worry about it.


You say running a little rich that shouldnt hurt anything should it just keep detonation away for good since i dont have it now and it is running rich as hell with that FMU as it is.
