ok guys on my way to my nephews christening right now... i drop it in 3rd. it revs to like 5k... i give it gas and pshhhhht... sounded just like my bov but louder... and the car wont boost.. i have vacuum it just wont go past zero... i checked all the ic piping and couplers, its none of that.. when the car is running it sounds like a little hissing sound. i cant figure out from where.. i see this hose off but i cant figure out where its supposed to go if anywhere.. its a black tank right under the battery, and gota hose coming out of the top.. where does that go. please lmk asap guys thanks.

That hose has vac/boost so you need to find it's home or you will have a boost leak. If it's off the canister on the firewall it may go on your throttle body. Otherwise you'll just have to go look for yourself and try to find a open port.

 

if you cnt go past 0 vacuum you have a boost leak somewhere.

unless you have some codes being thrown like MAP or something, but my guess is a boost leak

 

if that doesnt work and youre still not getting boost then check your turbo. if you are not running a filter then you might have sucked debris or some **** that damaged your fins in the turbo. thats what happened with me a while ago and i had the same symptoms.....let us know bro
