Car stutters while crusing?
When I'm on the highway doing any speed 60,65,70... with 10%-15% throttle the car will stutter and shake (not violently) and when I try to accelerate it makes a slight '2 step' sound but if I accelerate through it, its fine.
Did a tune up- oil, plugs (yes, gapped) and still same result
What are you using to tune it with? Some older programs, such as uberdata, dont have IAT correction so you need to retune every winter/summer. Maybe at half throttle your running lean. Did this just happen out of nowhere? If so, Tps could be taking a dump. Setup, etc?

Sounds like it may need to go back to the tuner to smooth out the data tables. This can happen a lot when tuning at certain RPMs.

My car started doing the same thing out of the blue one day... One of the wires going to my o2 sensor was barely coming out of the connector, but it was just enough to lose a connection, causing it to run like rotten ballz.
