car idles weird sometimes.

car idles weird sometimes.
sometimes on idles my car will surge between 600-900 rpm. like i am reving but i am not touching the gas. here is my setup
1995 civic coupe b16a2
drag gen 3 kit
msd sci-l
aem fuel rail, filter and pressure regulator
vortech fmu that came with drag kit
rc 370 injectors
stock ecu
several check valves on the map sensor
v-afc
255 intank fuel pump
i don't think it is a vaccum leak cause it idles fine half the time. i have been told check coolant and it is fine. what could it be?
