Default Possible Ignition problem... I really need some help!

Alright, this weekend I installed new injectors, fuel rail, fpr, fuel pump, and a smc. My car is a 96 civic with a b18b and drag 3 kit.
My problem is this: I can start the car, and it will idle for a very short time, then die. When I put any load on the engine, it stutters and hesitates at any kind of rpm.
I've been trouble shooting for a while, and I'll tell you what I've done. First I put my original fpr back on, and my fuel pressure, while a little high (~40psi at idle w/ vacuum line), is acceptable for this setup, and similar to what others have. My fuel computer is pulling map voltage like it should (I think), and all of my injectors are working. I pulled my plugs yesterday (gapped at .03) and they were fuel fouled. I cleaned them with fine grit sandpaper, and put them back in the motor. The car still wouldn't hold an idle, but I drove it around, and it drove very well. Later, when I tried driving again, not only would it not idle, but it started hesitating and stuttering at any load. I put in new NGK BKR7Es, gapped to .03 again, and the car started up and idled no problem. A little later, it wouldn't hold any sort of idle, and started to stutter under load. This morning, I went out and started the car, and it idled! Hey, this is great... then it died. It idles for about 2 seconds, the dies. I haven't tried driving it again, but I think the same thing would happen. This sounds very much like a fuel problem: too much! But could it be not enough spark? I did check all cylinders, and there is spark at every one, but could this be from not enough spark energy? Every part of my fuel system seems to be working, which is why I'm starting to think I have an ignition problem. I've read the discription of an ignitor starting to fail, and I think that maybe it could be this? Anyone who has anything to add, please help! I'm stumped and just need ideas from others. Thanks Honda-Tech.

Did you advance your Ignition Timing?.. If so, I'd check that and set it back to 16 degrees.. And if that doesn't do it, good luck dude..
