car cutting out while getting on it
my car was tuned on a 100 degree day in omaha with 91 octane pump gas. Its now about 45-55 degrees at night, it seems to cut out at about 6200 rpm. While i was racing a GTO (400hp) it cut out
What could be wrong??
BTW: i got my doors blown off TWICE

do you have boost cut? Its possible you are boosting slightly more in the cooler weather which is causing the ecu to cut fuel when it sees this higher than usual boost. You should ask your tuner if he set one. If not then it could just be an ignition problem. Denser air from the cold weather is going to require a stronger spark to bridge the gap on your plugs. You may need to tighten the gap between the ground strap and electrode.

It needs to be as low as it needs to be to not get misfires. I would start around .030 and work down from there. If you find that you have to gap it extremely low on that level of boost then you may just have an ignition problem in your distributor.

so what is your plug gap at? It sounds like it really could be boost cut though. Is it boosting anymore than it was in the warm weather?
What are your afrs as well? This would help narrow things down.
