Engine cuts out at full boost
i have a problem with a 99 integra ls/vtec turbo that when it hits full boost at 9psi or sometimes from 4500-6000 it cuts out and doesnt hit 8100 like it was tuned for also if it is in neutral it will rev to 8100 normally and you reach full boost and it cuts out and if you let off then get back on the gas it will go up 8100 like normal, when it cut out its as if it has a rev limited earlier than it should it also has dsm 450's injectors wired with 5 or 6 ohm resistors from radioshack (i know i wasn't the one who did it) and was tuned at full blown motor sports if that helps

Sounds like boost cut or spark blow out but usually with spark blow out you can drive through it unless it's severe from a huge plug gap. Are you running off wastegate spring or do you have a boost controller?

stock map will boost cut with the 9lb wastegate spring pretty much also.
the stock map can only see 11.2 psi. if you set the cut there, it wont cut because it cant read that high, and if you set it at 10 on a 9 lb spring, it will cut usually because sometimes the gate cannot catch up that fast, but will eventually regulate it.
2 things. get the correct gapped plugs, get a 3 bar and set a true 11-12 boost cut with the 9lb spring.
