Cant control boost anymore
I just upgraded my exhaust from 2.5 to 3 up to the axle(with a straight pipe). I dropped the car off with the controller set at 7psi. When i got it back and took it for a spin it was hitting over 16psi, WTF? I adjusted the controller to the lowest it will go (BLITZ DUAL SBC SPEC S) and when i get on the throttle it wants to go over 10psi. Anyone have any explanations? Or does anyone know what the lowest that the boost controller will go? Right now im using a hondata but it hasn't been tuned. Kinda crappy having to watch your boost gauge rather than the road for fear of over boosting.

Jeremy....check to make sure all vaccum connections are still on the WG after they put the new exhaust on...Also check that they are properly connected to the Solenoid of your SBC solenoid valve....

I just checked all my connections and they all appear fine. Could it be because the manual boost controler has a higher minimum setting than the wastegate (i know this theory is out to lunch but i have to ask, this is realy bothering me).
