Default Can I tap the pan here?

Hey guys I am installing a turbo kit and found out where I want to tap my oil pan for the drain. So I marked it and pulled off the pan. Of course when i drop the pan I see there is some OEM baffling there. Will it be a problem if I tap it on top of the baffling? I really hope not as this is like the only place I can fit the drain. I took some pics of where I want to put it. Thanks
