my gasket is leaking(manifold to wastegate) can i loose hp from that. i'm only boosting 5 psi on h22a1, boost meter show full boost at 4500rpm

You'll definitely have alonger wait for full boost, so you should be weaker until you get full boost

 

after i get full boost does hp hold all the way to redline or it's gonna drop due to gasket leak

 

It will take a lot longer to spool or it will not spool up at all because exhaust gases like to the take the closest route out into the atmosphere

 

If you arent applying the maximum amount of exhaust gas energy onto the turbine blade, you are not going to be making boost as quickly. It wont effect horsepower persay, but you wont have a steady energy transmission from the cylinder head.
